MAY MESTER QUILT RETREAT SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Yes, I have a special announcement for those of you that have wanted to attend May Mester, but, did not want to work on the chosen Judy Niemeyer pattern. I am going to open registration for sewing in Cole Lodge. You can work on whatever Judy pattern that you have in progress and still have our CI Karen Conley to help with problems you might have.

This is how this will work:
CI Karen Conley will be spending most of her time with those of us that are working on Vintage Rose or Clam Shell (Clam Shell is the 'beginner' pattern for this retreat).  She will schedule time to spend with those that are sewing in Cole Lodge to answer questions or solve problems. If you are in Cole and have a problem, you can also have access to CI Karen Conley just a short walk away.

I really believe this will give our May Mester Retreat more flexibility. Sometimes you just need a little help and would just like to sew at your own pace. I recently did that in Charleston and loved knowing that I could get expert help if needed. That is what will go on in Cole Lodge.

Our 'full' classroom instruction will be in the Chapel.

Now, I know I am going to get the question: "Can I just come and sew on whatever I want to?", the answer is, "Yes, you can". Cole Lodge will basically become a 'sit and sew' location with the added benefit of a Certified Judy Niemeyer Instructor.

Registration for May Mester will begin on January 1, 2017. You will need to indicate what pattern you will be working with so that I will know where to place you for sewing.

Until then....................Registration is still on going for Spring Quilt Camp 2017 and that will continue until February 1, 2017.

Yep, there is a lot going on here at One Loose Thread but, that's what keeps life interesting.

Any questions, feel free to email or call me.
