Mystery Revealed!!!!

I hope that this doesn't post until Saturday, March 23. At that time we will be at Quilt Camp and this years mystery will have been revealed. This is what the solution is:

Unfortunately, I have packed my camera and don't have a picture of Beth's. She is going to be very upset with me. I will have to do a special post on her quilt when we get back.

Beth did a wonderful job, again, of developing a fantastic mystery quilt for us. It's amazing how she continues to do that year after year.

Will let you know everything about 'Think Spring' after we get home. Until then..........

I have a new event to offer all of you!!!

I have been working on this idea for a few years and I have finally worked everything out so that we can really have great class time, with a great teacher teaching a fantastic quilt technique!!!!!

Thursday, August 8 – Sunday, August 11, 2013

 You will be allowed to choose between 4 different patterns to learn the construction of the one you want. Karen will also be bringing additional patterns and fabrics with her for this class. Kits will be available for purchase, at an additional charge (you must be registered before June 30, 2013 to get your kit in time for class). Class time will be 9-5 on Friday and Saturday, but, Karen will be available to help you out on Thursday, Friday, Saturday evenings and before you leave on Sunday. You will actually be receiving as much as 18 hrs of instruction, instead of the usual 12, during your time with us. This is why I strongly recommend that you stay with us for the weekend.

Your fee includes:

• Your Class with lots of extra ‘teacher time’
• All meals beginning with supper on Thursday and ending with lunch on Sunday.
• Lodging in your choice of either a motel room or a cottage room at the beautiful Gravatt Conference Center
• Each student will have a 6 foot table for their own use
• Ironing and cutting surfaces will be provided by One Loose Thread Quilting
• A few surprises will also be thrown into the mix
• Lots of laughter - guaranteed
