This is a cute little throw that Lynda Jo has done. She wanted it simply quilted, so, did E's and 3's from edge to edge.

BAD BLOGGER!!!!!!!!

Finished this during the week. Really like how it turned out. I think it is the best one yet!!!
I used a new pantograph to quilt this. Very happy with the entire project.

I tried using Glide thread in the top and the Glide magnaglide bobbin for the back. I am very pleased with the results and the thread. This thread is available from Bobbin Central.com

It was difficult, but, this Clemson fan was able to quilt this top. It really looks much better than Bea expects it to. I think that she will be pleasantly surprised.

Beth has sheep. Loads of fun to do.

September 21, 2011

Judy has done it again. Flat and square. I love the way that she stay stitches the edges of her tops. Never a problem with a waving border. Go Judy!!!

September 19, 2011

Jana did a beautiful job on this 'strippy' quilt. I loved quilting the e's and 3's over this top. I did use teal and brown varigated thread on this one.

Pat did this as one of her last graduation quilts. It was to big for her frame, so, I did it for her. It has leaves all over it and looks beautiful. Sorry the picture is so bad, but, this is the only one that I have.

Sandy's 2011 Mystery--Ammended August 17, 2011: I am taking all of the stitching out of this top. The tension went crazy and I don't like the way it turned out. I'll let you know later how long it takes to 'unstitch' and then we can see how it looks when it is stitched the right way.

This is the Front--See the leaves?

This is the back.

This is Dinah. This was a patten and top by Cynthia.

Finished this one this morning. Loopy,Loopy,Loopy.

This is a top that I finished quilting today. I used Hot Pink thread and a real curly, featherly pantograph on it.

My favorite pattern of the disappearing 9 patch was done by Pat. This is one of the promised graduation quilts.
This is Shelby's Whole Cloth. It turned out beautifully. You can see more about this quilted bedspread here.

This top turned out perfect, by my standards. The pantograph that I used was 'Koi', not an easy one to hand guide. The texture on the top will really reflect light beautifully and Beth intends to hang this on a wall over a bed. Should be beautiful.

Quilt completed for Jo's little boy. The fabric has cars on it and I was able to match those with the quilting that I did.

Looks great!!

T-shirt quilt finished for Carson. I really like the way that this turned out. I tried a new stabilizer and it seemed to work well.

Jo's Granddaughter is going to love this. Bright colors and big flowers.

Judy said that she would be keeping this one for herself. She had perfectly pieced it and it was perfectly square. Amazing.
It turned out just perfect. I loved the chosen pantograph and the thread just set it off beautifully.

Beth's Mayan Garden
This is the original Mystery for Spring 2011 that was written by Beth Karr. This one is much larger that the one we actually did for the weekend, but, just as pretty.

This is Preston's Memory Quilt. I used the puzzle pantograph for the quilting pattern. Red/Black thread was used. Turned out really pretty.

Beautiful top done by Terry. Perfect piecing, flat and square.

Great job Terry.

This quilt will be given to a graduating senior at Epworth Childrens Home.

It is very bright, but also very beautiful.

Turned out just great!!!

This is a Mystery Quilt that was done during Spring Fling 2011 Quilt Camp. It belongs to Mary Cross and is beautifully pieced. She chose a challenging pantograph-'Colors of the Wind' by Karen Thompson. The challenging part was that it takes 30 minutes to make one pass on the quilt. That said, IT IS BEAUTIFUL on this quilt. We used Orange thread--and it is perfect

This quilt presented a challenge. The blocks are stitched onto a foundation, but, the borders are not. When I first received this top it waved like the American Flag on a windy day. I taked to the quiltmaker and she allowed me to make a few minor adjustments to the borders and now it is super flat. I just love it.
